With effect from 3 March 2014, Singapore incorporated companies (other than those exempted) are requires to file its financial statements in Full XBRL Report according to a minimum requirement list within the new ACRA Taxonomy 2013.

In the ACRA Practice Direction, ACRA had stated the responsibility of the directors of the company in ensuring the correctness and accuracy of the financial statements in XBRL Report filed with ACRA and the directors are advised to check the information before authorizing their company filers to submit with ACRA.
